The bottoms are also milled from the same board which has a coved profile underneath and fits precisely in a groove similar to a raised panel door to allow for minor panel movement without splitting. They also feature my signature unique and ergonomical slotted handles. Finished in a silky smooth hand rubbed oil finish which is food safe and not affected by short term exposure to moisture, oils, wines or 100 proof alcohol. (2.75 in. x 16.5 x 16.5).
