These high performance cutting boards are expertly laminated from Premium kiln-dried European Beech, a hard but smooth hardwood grown in sustainable forests in Germany. Long lasting European Beech has been used for centuries for kitchenware. These cutting boards not only look great but with their four custom highly grippy rubber feet and mass are exceptionally solid and non-skid. All my large and medium boards offer high performance and safe cutting experiences every chef and avid cook loves. Every cutting board is sanded silky smooth and has a deep coating of mineral oil and beeswax. (2.5 x 14 x 22 in.). Two available now, one with slightly less fleck than the one shown and one that’s very consistent color with almost no fleck. A joy to use, these boards have a really great feel in use.
