Shipping Information

We typically ship UPS Ground but offer 2 day and 3 day service and order may require a signature for delivery. Our checkout will calculate actual costs based on choice of service and ship-to address. We cannot ship to post office boxes. José Regueiro Studio cannot be held liable for delays in shipping times. On occasion, fires, storms, floods, etc. can extend a shipment time but these delays are typically not common.

Note: If you receive your order and notice any significant damage to the box, please ask the courier to open and examine the merchandise. Due to our packaging materials, it would be very, very rare for an item to arrive damaged but if so, ask the courier to return the item. Failure to do so and neither José Regueiro Studio or UPS can be held responsible. Ignoring to do this procedure will void your right to return the merchandise.

Your package will be insured while in transit until signed for on delivery. However, José Regueiro Studio's liability is limited by the courier's terms and conditions for shipping. The recipient is accountable for the package once it is delivered and signed for.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the artisanal nature and limited stock on hand on most items all sales are final but sometimes we will exchange an item of equal or similar value. You'll need to contact me at josestudio@sbcglobal.net or call at 248-210-8187 regarding your request and a reason for the exchange desired. Items will need to be shipped back at your expense in original packaging and in like new condition and added shipping costs for the exchanged item will be forwarded to the customer.
